As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers from all walks of life and finding innovative ways to respond to their needs.
**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* **Handling and Responding to Customer Inquiries**: You'll be the first point of contact for customers, responding to their questions, issues, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
* **Providing Excellent Customer Service**: You'll strive to deliver exceptional customer experiences, actively listening to customers and providing solutions to their problems.

**Qualifications**
To succeed as a Customer Service Representative, you'll need:
* **High School Diploma or Equivalent**: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, but we welcome applicants with higher education qualifications.
* **Minimum of 6 Months of Customer Service Experience**: You'll need a minimum of 6 months of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* **Must be 18 Years of Age or Older**: You must be at least 18 years old to apply for this role.
* **Ability to Type at Least 25 Words per Minute**: You'll need to be able to type at least 25 words per minute to efficiently handle customer inquiries.
* **Comfortable with Desktop Computer Systems**: You'll need to be comfortable using desktop computer systems, with a general knowledge of Windows-based systems.
* **Customer Service and/or Sales Experience Preferred**: While not required, customer service and/or sales experience is highly desirable for this role.
* **College Degree Preferred but Not Required**: A college degree is preferred, but not required for this position.

**Work from Home Requirements**
To work from home as a Customer Service Representative, you'll need:
* **Internet Requirements**: A minimum subscribed download rate of 15.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 5.0 Mbps.
* **ISP Requirements**: Your internet service provider (ISP) must have no packet loss and a ping under 50ms.
* **Internet Connection Requirements**: Your internet connection cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P, or VPN.
* **Proof of Internet Speed**: You'll need to provide proof of your internet speed to ensure you meet our requirements.
