Our team is committed to advancing health equity on a global scale, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join us on this journey. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Answering incoming phone calls from health care providers and identifying the type of assistance they need * Resolving issues on the first call by navigating through complex computer systems to identify the status of the issue and provide an appropriate response to the caller * Delivering information and answering questions in a positive manner to facilitate strong relationships with providers and their staff * Completing documentation necessary to track provider issues and facilitate the reporting of overall trends * Developing knowledge of insurance packages and navigating high-volume settings **What We Offer** * Approximately 4-6 weeks of paid training to help you get up to speed on our systems and processes * A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage * Opportunities for career growth and development, including training and education programs * A supportive and inclusive work environment that values diversity and inclusion * A competitive salary and bonus structure * The flexibility to work from home and create a schedule that works for you **Requirements** * High School Diploma or equivalent work experience * Must be 18 years of age or older * 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting * Experience with computer and Windows PC applications, including the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications * Experience with listening skillfully, collecting relevant information, building rapport, and responding to customers in a compassionate manner * Ability to work any 8-hour shift between the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM from Monday - Friday, including occasional overtime based on business need **Preferred Qualifications** * 1 year of experience in a related environment (i.e. office, administrative, clerical, customer service, etc.) in a medical setting using phones and computers as the primary job tools * 1 year of experience in a high-volume call center environment **Telecommuting Requirements** * Reside within the state of Oregon * Ability to keep all company-sensitive documents secure (if applicable) * Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy * Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group-approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a workplace that values diversity and inclusion.
