As a Call Center Representative, you'll be responsible for handling emergency signals, notifying and verifying alarm signals, and dispatching proper authorities when necessary. **Responsibilities**
As a Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Handling emergency signals and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

**Requirements**
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
* Ability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
* Strong computer literacy and proficiency in software applications

**Preferred Qualifications**
