**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling emergency signals, notifying and verifying alarm signals, and dispatching proper authorities as needed. You will work in a fast-paced call center environment, providing exceptional service to our customers while working collaboratively with your team to achieve our goals.
**Responsibilities**
* Handle emergency signals and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Notify and verify alarm signals, dispatching proper authorities as needed
* Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and improve overall service quality
* Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
* Work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions
**Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Customer service experience preferred
* Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
* Computer literacy and basic typing skills required
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
* Reliable transportation to and from work, as well as to and from training sessions
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus
* Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment
* Familiarity with alarm monitoring systems and procedures
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
