**Experienced Customer Service Representative – Remote Call Center Operations**

As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for answering, responding to, and following up on alarm activity, ensuring the highest level of customer service and support. This is a dynamic role that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. **Responsibilities:** * Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner * Verify, respond to, and dispatch on emergency signals, ensuring prompt and effective action * Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service, adhering to arenaflex's high standards * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions * Process basic data changes to customer accounts, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail * Work effectively with internal teams, including dispatch and customer service, to resolve customer issues * Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products and services * Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards, as set by management * Work a variety of shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as required **Requirements:** * High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and one to three months related experience or related training/certification preferred * Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment * Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing a high level of service to arenaflex customers * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and communication * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook * Ability to work in a remote environment, with minimal supervision * Ability to pass a background check and obtain any necessary certifications or licenses **Preferred Qualifications:** * Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment * Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services * Strong knowledge of computer systems and software applications * Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment * Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills * Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and communication **Skills and Competencies:** * Excellent communication and listening skills * Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on providing a high level of service to arenaflex customers **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
