**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for making and taking customer phone calls, providing quality customer experiences, and working with different clients and campaigns. **Responsibilities**
* Make and take customer phone calls to qualify leads and provide exceptional customer experiences
* Successfully use scripts to guide conversations and ensure a seamless customer journey
* Record information on consumer conversations using arenaflex systems
* Work with different clients and campaigns to deliver tailored solutions
* Provide quality customer experiences that meet or exceed client expectations
**Requirements**
* High school or equivalent education (preferred)
* Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
* Experience working with computers and navigating software applications
* A quiet work space that is free from noise or distractions
* Previous call center or customer service experience (a plus)
* Military sensitivity (a plus)
* Must live in Texas
