As a remote customer service professional, you'll have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home while being part of a collaborative and supportive team. **Job Summary** We're seeking an experienced customer service representative to join our remote team, providing exceptional support to our clients and tenants through phone, chat, and email interactions. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for handling a high volume of customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate and helpful information to ensure a positive customer experience. **Responsibilities** As a remote customer service professional, your key responsibilities will include: * Responding to phone, chat, and email inquiries in a timely and professional manner * Providing accurate and helpful information to clients and tenants * Assisting with general inquiries, maintenance requests, and lease inquiries * Troubleshooting and resolving any customer service issues * Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and ensuring a positive customer experience * Collaborating with team members to ensure all inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively * Keeping detailed records of all customer interactions and following up as needed * Staying up-to-date on company policies and procedures to provide accurate information to clients and tenants * Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A high school diploma or equivalent * Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote setting * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong problem-solving skills * Proficient in using various computer programs and systems * Ability to work independently and in a team environment * Availability to work a full-time schedule, including some evenings and weekends as needed **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial: * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software * Knowledge of property management or real estate industry * Certification in customer service or a related field **Benefits** As a remote customer service professional at arenaflex, you'll enjoy: * Competitive salary * Work from the comfort of your own home * Comprehensive training and support * Opportunities for career growth and development * Collaborative and supportive work environment * Paid time off and holidays **Available Shifts and Compensation** Available shifts are Monday through Friday, 8am-6pm EST, with some flexibility to accommodate occasional evenings and weekends.
