This will primarily be via inbound calls and other communication platforms. Your key responsibilities will include: * **Research and problem-solving**: You'll research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for the customer and follow up as needed to resolve issues. * **Critical thinking and creativity**: We're not looking for order-takers or script-readers.
