**Job Summary**

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll take a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers, stores, and associates while navigating multiple systems to aid in answering questions and resolving issues. **Essential Job Functions**
* Take a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers, stores, and associates while navigating multiple systems to aid in answering questions and resolving issues.
* Communicate professionally in a conversational manner while utilizing all available resources to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Exceed customer expectations by being punctual, reliable, and dedicated to making a difference.
* Utilize all available resources to ensure customer satisfaction, including but not limited to:
+ arenaflex's proprietary systems and tools
+ Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word)
+ Other relevant software and systems
**Requirements**
* Type a minimum of 25 WPM
* Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word)
* High school diploma or GED
* Successful completion of mandatory training
* Customer service experience
**Location and Hours**
* Work from Home in Approved States
* 24/7 customer care with a variety of shift opportunities
