As a remote employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, while still being an integral part of our team. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative on our overnight shift, you'll be responsible for: * Engaging with clients through both outbound and inbound calls, providing solutions and support to customers in a professional and courteous manner. * Analyzing and appraising loan applications using various software tools to initiate the loan process, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. * Ensuring precise documentation of all account interactions, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to regulatory requirements. * Communicating clearly and effectively with customers, providing timely and accurate information to resolve their inquiries and concerns. * Maintaining professionalism, sensitivity, and tact during customer interactions, even in challenging situations. * Handling card payments and processing financial transactions with accuracy, ensuring seamless and secure transactions. * Staying informed about the latest in lending practices and financial services, applying this knowledge to provide expert advice and guidance to customers. * Creating and updating customer records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of customer interactions. * Meeting and exceeding monthly performance goals as established by management, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills. * Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with a proven track record of providing clear and concise information to customers. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet applications, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies. * The ability to work under pressure and manage difficult situations with courtesy and calm, maintaining a professional demeanor even in challenging circumstances. * Effective multitasking skills, capable of managing conversations while entering data, and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines. **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, previous experience in financial services or customer support is highly desirable, as is familiarity with cloud-based technologies and systems. If you have a background in finance or customer service, you'll be well-equipped to excel in this role. **Working Conditions** This position requires sitting and talking for extended periods, with the ability to work in a quiet and distraction-free environment.
