We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to handle inbound inquiries related to mortgage and homeowner's insurance. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy problem-solving, possess strong communication skills, and want to build expertise in the financial and insurance industries. This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $17/hour, comprehensive on-the-job training, and the flexibility of a hybrid work schedule after the initial training period.
Standard Schedule: Monday through Friday, 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM
Saturday Coverage: When working Saturday shifts (10:00 AM to 2:00 PM), the weekly schedule调整为 four 9-hour shifts throughout the week plus a 4-hour shift on Saturday. Employees who work Saturdays will receive either Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday off during the week, providing additional flexibility and work-life balance.
