You'll engage, consult, and educate members based on their unique needs, preferences, and understanding of arenaflex plans, tools, and resources. Your goal will be to guide members along a clear path to care, creating an emotional connection with them and building a trusting and caring relationship. **Key Responsibilities** * Answer customer inquiries by phone, addressing basic and complex issues related to claims, eligibility, and benefits * Engage, consult, and educate members based on their unique needs, preferences, and understanding of arenaflex plans, tools, and resources * Triages resulting rework to appropriate staff, ensuring that issues are resolved efficiently and effectively * Documents and tracks contacts with members, providers, and plan sponsors, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines * Guides members through their plan benefits, arenaflex policy, and procedures, providing them with related information to answer unasked questions * Anticipates customer needs, providing proactive solutions to resolve issues and improve the customer experience * Uses customer service threshold framework to make financial decisions to resolve member issues * Explains member's rights and responsibilities in accordance with contract **Essential Qualifications** * High School Diploma or Equivalent * Customer Service experience in a transaction-based environment, such as a call center or retail location, demonstrating ability to be empathetic and compassionate * Experience in a production environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment * Availability to work an 8-hour shift between the hours of 8:30am - 8:30pm Eastern Standard Time (EST), Monday - Friday **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in a healthcare or insurance environment, with a focus on customer service and member engagement * Knowledge of healthcare plans, tools, and resources, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service * Experience with customer service threshold framework and financial decision-making **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building trust and rapport with customers * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on resolving complex issues and improving the customer experience * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines * Strong knowledge of healthcare plans, tools, and resources, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and communication **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
