**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Assisting customers with booking, changing, or canceling flights
* Providing flight information, including arrival/departure times, gate information, and baggage claims
* Resolving customer complaints and inquiries in a positive, friendly manner
