**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Responding to high-volume phone calls from clients seeking insurance guidance and legal support
* Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and addressing concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
* Conducting thorough intake processes to gather information about clients' accidents and insurance claims
* Researching and providing information about auto insurance policies, coverage options, and legal rights after a car accident
* Collaborating with our team to ensure that clients receive the necessary support and resources to navigate the claims process
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation of client interactions and communications
* Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets, including call volume, resolution rates, and client satisfaction
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Bachelor's degree (preferred)
* At least 1 year of experience in customer support, preferably in an inbound or outbound call-center position
* Excellent high-volume phone skills, with the ability to handle multiple calls simultaneously
