You'll provide accurate and timely information regarding products, services, and policies, assist with order placement and scheduling, resolve customer complaints and issues, and maintain customer records. Your exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail will enable you to excel in this role and make a meaningful impact on our customers' experiences. **Responsibilities** * Manage high volume of incoming calls, emails, and text message inquiries from customers * Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and policies * Assist customers with order placement and scheduling * Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner * Maintain customer records and update information as needed * Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction * Perform outbound calls to follow up on inquiries or obtain feedback * Process orders, refunds, and returns efficiently with attention to detail * Communicate with customers, answer calls and emails to potential customers, and follow up on leads * Prepare and email estimates **Requirements** * Previous experience in a customer service role is required * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written * Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively * Proficient in using Windows, email, and creating and emailing PDF estimates and documents * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities * Experience in the heating industry is preferred **Preferred Qualifications** * 1 year of customer service experience * Experience with CRM software and customer relationship management * Knowledge of heating industry products and services * Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision **Work Environment and Culture** As a remote employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, with the support of our dedicated team.
