Position Overview

arenaflex is currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Operations group. This is a remote position based in India (pan India), offering you the opportunity to work from the comfort of your home while supporting our US-based healthcare services operations.

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating day-to-day activities of healthcare workers, managing staff scheduling, and ensuring exceptional service delivery to both clients and caregivers. This position requires someone with excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a genuine passion for helping others.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment and be comfortable working during US business hours (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM IST, Monday through Friday).
