Our team is dedicated to creating, promoting, and nurturing a safe and inclusive work environment, and we're committed to fostering a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Responding to exhibitor logistical questions and inquiries via phone, live chat, or email, providing timely and accurate solutions to ensure a seamless event experience. * Utilizing on-the-job training to create a web-based portal for exhibitors to access event-specific information, requiring attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills. * Creating and executing exhibitor communications for assigned events, including email campaigns, social media posts, and other marketing materials. * Assisting with the collection of sponsorship deliverables for events, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of materials. * Performing various administrative tasks, including data entry, project coordination, and other duties as assigned. **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in an event-driven environment. * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and customer needs. * Strong time management skills, with a track record of meeting tight deadlines. * Good oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management. * A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction. **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus: * Multicultural experience and/or written and/or verbal multilingual language skills, especially fluent. * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities. * Familiarity with event management software and systems. * A creative and proactive approach to problem-solving, with a willingness to think outside the box. **Work Environment and Culture** arenaflex offers a flexible work environment, with the option to work remotely and enjoy a hybrid schedule.
