As an arenaflex Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in supporting English-speaking subscribers with their queries and concerns. You'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch service and ensuring that our customers have an exceptional experience with our platform. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and have a knack for problem-solving, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer support to English-speaking arenaflex subscribers via chat and phone
* Answer how-to questions about payment, streaming, and content issues
* Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to subscribers
* Assist subscribers with navigating the arenaflex platform and finding their favorite content
* Collaborate with the team to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
Requirements:
* Excellent English language skills (written and verbal)
* Great communication and soft skills, as well as problem-solving skills
* Computer knowledge and technical savviness
* Being a TV shows fan or even an arenaflex subscriber will be considered as an extra asset!
