Our mission is to become your trusted source for auto parts, and we treat our customers like family. **Overview of the Customer Service Representative Role** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will have direct interaction with customers via email/chat and be responsible for recommending products, resolving inquiries, and processing orders while maintaining a high standard of service and professionalism. This role requires patience, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with others in the group and in other departments. The goal is to provide happy customers who will buy from us again! **Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative** * Demonstrate excellent online customer service etiquette and strong customer relationship skills when responding to customer questions and concerns. * Contribute to quality assurance procedures to ensure accuracy of communications to customers and improve customer satisfaction with products. * Learn software used by arenaflex to navigate listings, locate customer information, and look up data about products. * Experience in a high-volume environment, with the ability to handle repetitive duties and a high volume of customer inquiries. * Work collaboratively with others in the group and in other departments to achieve common goals. * Provide exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries and processing orders in a timely and accurate manner. **Qualifications of the Customer Service Representative** * High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and two to three years related customer service experience in a high-volume environment, or equivalent combination of education and experience. * Strong typing, spelling, and grammar skills are a must. * Proficient computer user and knowledge of the internet. * ASE Certified a plus. * Parts Counter or mechanics experience a plus. **Essential Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner. * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and accurate manner. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines. * Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accuracy and quality in all aspects of the job. * Ability to work collaboratively with others, with a positive and supportive attitude. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we are committed to providing opportunities for career growth and development.
