**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher at arenaflex, you will be responsible for coordinating effective communication flow between Network Carrier Partners (NCPs), customers, clients, and arenaflex representatives. You will also provide on-site warehouse support daily to ensure carrier teams adhere to client SOW procedures. This fast-paced position requires a skilled professional who is capable of dispatching delivery teams, maintaining positive customer relationships, and driving operational efficiency while directly supporting our clients' customers.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Coordinate effective communication flow between NCPs, customers, clients, and arenaflex representatives
* Provide on-site warehouse support daily to ensure carrier teams adhere to client SOW procedures
* Act as a local arenaflex representative within the market, fostering a positive image and ensuring adherence to arenaflex standards and operating procedures, while upholding the arenaflex culture and values
* Ensure compliance with specified contract metrics and terms
* Maintain high standards for all operational activities
* Support contract drivers and customers daily
* Monitor routes and provide all interested parties with updates related to delivery orders and escalations
* Handle inbound and outbound calls throughout the scheduled shift
* Conduct truck check-in and loadout throughout the week
* Update various reports and trackers
* Conduct inventory audits or dock checks
* Provide world-class customer service
**Requirements**
* 1+ years of customer service experience
* Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook preferred)
* Excellent communication skills
* Schedule flexibility
* Positive attitude
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* 1+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
