**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

* Sending customer confirmations, delivery notes, and invoices
* Expediting customer orders and addressing customer concerns in a professional and courteous manner

**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

* Proficient computer experience, with knowledge of ERP systems (IFS) preferred
