Our team of dedicated professionals, including pharmacists, plays a vital role in the U.S. healthcare system by providing a wide range of pharmacy and healthcare services, including those that promote equitable access to care for underserved populations. **Job Responsibilities:** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Utilizing arenaflex's data entry techniques and rules to process new patient enrollment by entering information into our system. * Handling patient medication requests within HIPAA guidelines and entering refill orders for processing. * Investigating to obtain missing medication data, and deciphering clinical abbreviations (SIG codes). * Resolving all data entry-related issues with special cases. * Handling correspondence to patients (inbound calls, chats, messages) and resolving outbound calls to prescribers and patients as necessary. * Resolving External Exceptions by inspecting, gathering data, making revisions, and resubmitting for processing according to individual plan requirements. * Resolving phone calls to guarantors and others to obtain data, gain authorization, or otherwise resolve External Exceptions. * Providing support to pharmacists, both in-office and in other areas. * Identifying and reporting issues to senior-level staff as necessary. **Essential Qualifications:** * High school diploma or equivalent. * Basic level computer skills (e.g., starting and closing a computer, using a mouse to point and click, starting and closing programs, switching between programs, saving files, printing reports, and accessing data online). * Basic web search skills to include opening a browser, typing URLs in the address bar, using a search engine, bookmarking a website, navigating back/forward/stop buttons, and completing online forms. * Intermediate level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing files). **Preferred Qualifications:** * At least one year of pharmacy professional experience in a retail or call center environment. * At least one and a half years of experience as a pharmacy professional with a license/enrollment by the state as granted by the state Board of Pharmacy or widely recognized certification organization. * Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction. * Intermediate to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, designing documents). * Familiarity with Spanish and English. **What We Offer:** * Competitive hourly rate of $27-$35 per hour. * Opportunity to work in a remote work-from-home (Wfh) setting. * Dynamic and supportive team environment. * Opportunities for career growth and professional development. * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance. * Paid time off and holidays. * Access to ongoing training and education programs. **How to Apply:** If you are a motivated and customer-focused individual with excellent communication and technical skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
