As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of customers, develop your skills and expertise, and contribute to the growth and success of our organization. **Job Duties:** As an Experienced Customer Service Representative - Data Entry & Document Review Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include: * **Customer Contact and Communication:** Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to their inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely and professional manner. * **Data Entry and Document Review:** Evaluate en-route notifications from customers, ensuring that our shop has received all necessary information to service railcars. Prepare and review railcar files to ensure accuracy and completeness, and input and upload estimates, pursue customer approval, and close out car files. * **System Updates and Reporting:** Update all internal and external systems with the latest changes to car status, and provide daily, weekly, and monthly railcar status reports using computer systems. Prepare customer updates for Corporate Reports as received. * **Customer Relationship Management:** Respond expeditiously to customer requests, emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication.
