**Job Summary**
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative Associate. In this role, you'll provide technical assistance and support to internal and external clients, trading partners, and vendors who utilize arenaflex products. You'll be responsible for answering calls in an efficient, courteous, and accurate manner, assessing customer needs, and offering solutions that exceed their expectations.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Answer a high volume of inbound technical phone calls in a timely and efficient manner
* Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues with high First Contact Resolution rates (FCR)
* Follow established policies, procedures, processes, and workflows to ensure appropriate resolution of issues of limited scope
* Document all issues, comments, and resolutions in appropriate software system applications
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer service
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma, GED certificate, or equivalency
* Associate's or bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management preferred
* Minimum of two years of experience in customer service, preferably in the healthcare industry
* Understanding of the insurance industry, electronic claims, medical office knowledge, and/or coding/billing is a plus
**Technical Competencies**
* Proficient in computer skills, including typing, navigating Windows-based platforms, and utilizing Microsoft Office applications
* Strong customer service and quality orientation
* Excellent problem-solving skills
