**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Indiana. As a 100% remote position, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, while still enjoying the benefits of a traditional office environment. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and upselling products and features to our clients' customers.
**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Actively listening to customers to understand their concerns and provide solutions
* Upselling products and features while emphasizing benefits and value
* Demonstrating excellent soft skills to provide a best-in-class customer service experience
* Providing information about current plans and products to customers
* Identifying and positioning new solutions that align with customers' needs
* Navigating multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* High-speed internet with at least 10 MBPS download speed (no satellite)
* A USB wired headset with noise-canceling microphone
* 18 years of age and a high school diploma or equivalent
* A quiet, secured workspace
* Must live in Indiana (if you live in AL, AR, FL, GA, ID, KY, NC, OK, SC, TX, UT, VA, or WY, please find the same opportunity under those state-specific requisitions to apply)
* At least 1 year of customer service experience
* Professional, positive attitude and courteous telephone etiquette
* Experience using a computer in a work or non-work setting
* Ability to thrive in a highly structured environment
* Schedule with open availability (evenings/weekends required)
