Our mission is to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients and their customers, and we're seeking like-minded individuals to join our team. **Primary Duties and Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service to arenaflex's clients and their customers, handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, chats, and text communications * Utilizing arenaflex's CRM system to track customer interactions, resolve issues, and provide timely follow-up * Initiating calls to Federal loan servicers to resolve repayment options for customers with Federal student loans * Updating records with current demographic and contact information, accurately notating all interactions * Comprehending training material on various topics and sharing new concepts and content with colleagues * Adhering to all federal and state laws governing the industry, as well as client Statement of Work standards and company guidelines and policies * Attaining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monthly performance goals **What You Need to Be a Successful Customer Service Associate** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A passion for helping others and a drive to succeed in a dynamic environment * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain rapport with customers * Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment * A self-starter mentality, with a great degree of internal motivation and a willingness to learn and grow * The ability to operate and navigate various technical devices and systems, including CRM software and other tools * The ability to troubleshoot common computer issues and provide technical support to customers **Why Join Our Team?** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a positive and supportive work environment, where our employees feel valued, empowered, and motivated to succeed.
