**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service / Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will be the face of our organization, interacting with customers to understand their unique needs and providing solutions that exceed their expectations. **Responsibilities**
* Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, building sustainable relationships and trust through open and interactive communication
* Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools, ensuring seamless customer experiences
* Meet personal and customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas, consistently exceeding expectations
* Handle customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, and following up to ensure resolution
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents in a secure and organized manner
* Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies, adhering to arenaflex's high standards of customer service
* Take the extra mile to engage customers, fostering loyalty and advocacy for arenaflex's products and services
**Requirements and Skills**
* Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative, with a track record of over-achieving quota
* Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening, with the ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
* Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, with a keen eye for detail and organizational skills
* Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters, with excellent communication and presentation skills
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively, with a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering results
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or GED
* Good organizational skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
* Good written and verbal communication, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in the automotive industry or a related field
* Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
