**Job Description**
As a Customer Service/Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering a high volume of incoming calls and chats, providing timely and effective solutions to member issues
* Utilizing problem-solving and critical thinking skills to resolve complex issues, ensuring member satisfaction and loyalty
* Working collaboratively with other teams to resolve member issues, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive excellence
* Utilizing multiple computer programs simultaneously while on the phone or responding to chats, ensuring seamless and efficient service delivery
* Providing exceptional service to our members, exceeding their expectations and building lasting relationships
**Key Responsibilities**
* Answering incoming calls and chats, resolving member issues, and providing solutions
* Utilizing problem-solving and critical thinking skills to resolve complex issues
* Working collaboratively with other teams to resolve member issues
* Utilizing multiple computer programs simultaneously while on the phone or responding to chats
* Providing exceptional service to our members, exceeding their expectations and building lasting relationships
**Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Past customer service experience preferred
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and split days off
* Proficient in computer programs and typing (minimum 30 wpm)
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Strong background in customer service
* Ability to adapt and work well under pressure
* Ability to take ownership and resolve issues
* Strong time management skills
* Bilingual abilities a plus
