**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring every interaction is warm, friendly, and efficient
* Registering sales on assigned cash registers, handling customer transactions, and processing returns, exchanges, and refunds
* Recommending products and services to customers, identifying their needs, and providing personalized solutions
* Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including counters, shelves, and displays
* Assisting with inventory management, stock rotation, and merchandise pricing
* Implementing asset protection procedures to minimize profit loss and ensure compliance with state and local laws
* Providing customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service and promotional photo products
* Assisting with web pick-up responsibilities, including monitoring orders, filling orders, and delivering orders to customers
* Participating in special assignments and other tasks as assigned by management
**Essential Qualifications**
* Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
* Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekend hours
* Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and operate a cash register
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Six months of experience in a retail environment
* Prior work experience with arenaflex (a plus!)
* Basic knowledge of store systems and equipment
