**Job Overview**
As a Customer Service Associate at our Amazon Locker+ retail locations, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support. You'll be responsible for receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing packages for delivery. You'll also be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers, answering their questions, and resolving any issues they may have.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Receive, pick, and stow customer orders, process returns, and prepare packages for delivery
* Assist customers with questions and concerns, providing solutions and support
* Work through problem-solving scenarios for customers, ensuring that their needs are met
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's high standards
* Manage responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing the site
* Use technology, such as smartphones and handheld devices, to sort, scan, and prepare orders
* Receive truck deliveries and ensure that packages are properly stored and processed
**Physical Demands**
* Perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
* Stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation
* Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
* Go up and down stairs (where applicable)
* Be available to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with schedules varying week to week
