As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of this effort, working closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions. Responsibilities As a Customer Experience Specialist, your main responsibility will be to find innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. This will involve: * Providing Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, email, or instant message, resolving simple and basic support issues, such as address changes, processing orders, warranty or billing/payment. * Handling Customer Inquiries: Process a high volume of customer inquiries regarding offered products and services, resolving a targeted percentage of those inquiries. * Troubleshooting: Identify the root cause of customer problems and use tools and resources to determine how to resolve customer problems. * Escalation: When unable to resolve problems in a reasonable amount of time, escalate to appropriate resource, following up on escalated issues with coaching and mentoring to learn appropriate solution and expand overall knowledge. * Tracking and Documentation: Track and document inbound support requests, ensuring proper notation of customer problems or issues. * Customer Information Updates: Update customer information and ensure accurate entry of contact information. * Quality Standards: Meet standards of job, such as quality standards, adherence to schedule, and average handle time. * Guidance and Mentoring: Provide guidance and/or mentoring to less experienced associates. * Other Related Duties: Perform other related duties as assigned. To be considered for this role, you'll need: * Ability to Work Remotely: Work effectively in a virtual team environment. * Excellent Customer Service Skills: Build high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. * Age: Be at least 18 years old. * Typing Speed: Type at least 25 words per minute. * Education: Have a high school diploma or equivalent. * PC Operation and Navigation: Be proficient in PC operation and navigation. * People Skills: Demonstrate effective people skills and sensitivities when dealing with others. * Communication Skills: Have excellent oral and written communication skills. * Work Environment: Be able to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment. * Composure and Objectivity: Stay composed and objective in high-pressure situations. * Organization and Work Prioritization: Prioritize tasks effectively and manage your time efficiently.
