As you continue to grow and challenge yourself, you'll discover your potential can take you anywhere you want to go. **Responsibilities** As a customer experience specialist at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include: * **Providing customer support**: You'll be the primary point of contact for customers, handling their inquiries and resolving simple and basic support issues via telephone, email, or instant message. * **Escalating complex issues**: When faced with more technical product-related issues, you'll know when to escalate them to the proper Product Support department. * **Troubleshooting customer problems**: You'll identify the root cause of problems and use tools and resources to determine how to resolve them. * **Tracking and documenting support requests**: You'll ensure proper notation of customer problems or issues and update customer information accurately. * **Meeting job standards**: You'll meet quality standards, adhere to schedule, and maintain an average handle time. * **Providing guidance and mentoring**: You may be asked to guide and mentor less experienced associates, sharing your knowledge and expertise. * **Other related duties**: You'll be assigned other duties as needed to ensure the success of our team. **Qualifications** To succeed as a customer experience specialist at arenaflex, you'll need: * **High School Diploma or equivalent**: A minimum educational requirement to ensure you have the necessary skills and knowledge. * **18 years of age or older**: We require a minimum age to ensure you're eligible to work with us. * **Excellent customer service skills**: You'll need to build high levels of customer satisfaction through your interactions. * **Typing 25 WPM**: You'll need to be proficient in typing to handle the volume of customer inquiries. * **Proficient in PC operation and navigation**: You'll need to be comfortable using a computer and navigating our systems. * **Effective people skills**: You'll need to demonstrate sensitivity and empathy when dealing with customers and colleagues. * **Ability to work independently and in a team environment**: You'll need to be able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of our virtual team. * **Excellent communication skills**: You'll need to be able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. * **Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment**: You'll need to be adaptable and able to handle the demands of a dynamic work environment. * **Strong listening skills**: You'll need to be able to listen actively and respond effectively to customer inquiries. * **Ability to work remotely**: You'll need to be comfortable working from home and using our virtual tools and platforms. **Being One of Our People** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating an environment that promotes happiness from the inside out.
