Your role will be to provide exceptional support, resolve issues, and exceed customer expectations. You will work in a collaborative and dynamic environment, where no two days are the same. As you grow and develop, you will discover new opportunities and challenges that will help you reach your full potential. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Experience Specialist, your key responsibilities will include: * **Providing Customer Support**: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or instant message, resolving simple and basic support issues. * **Handling Customer Inquiries**: Process a high volume of customer inquiries, resolving a targeted percentage of those inquiries. * **Troubleshooting**: Identify the root cause of customer problems and use tools and resources to determine how to resolve customer problems. * **Escalation**: When unable to resolve problems in a reasonable amount of time, escalate to the appropriate resource and follow up on escalated issues with coaching and mentoring. * **Tracking and Documentation**: Track and document inbound support requests, ensuring proper notation of customer problems or issues. * **Updating Customer Information**: Ensure accurate entry of contact information and update customer information as needed. * **Meeting Job Standards**: Meet quality standards, adhere to schedule, and maintain average handle time. * **Guidance and Mentoring**: Provide guidance and/or mentoring to less experienced associates. * **Other Related Duties**: Perform other related duties as assigned. **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: * **High School Diploma or Equivalent**: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required. * **Age**: You must be at least 18 years old. * **Excellent Customer Service Skills**: Build high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service. * **Typing Speed**: Type at least 25 words per minute. * **PC Operation and Navigation**: Be proficient in PC operation and navigation. * **Effective People Skills**: Demonstrate effective people skills and sensitivities when dealing with others. * **Teamwork**: Ability to work both independently and in a team environment. * **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. * **Adaptability**: Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment. * **Composure**: Stay composed and objective in challenging situations. * **Strong Listening Skills**: Ability to listen actively and respond effectively. * **Remote Work**: Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment. **Being One of Our People** At arenaflex, we strive to create an environment that promotes happiness from the inside out.
