**About the Role**
As a Customer Experience Agent, you'll be the face of arenaflex, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include:

* Collaborating with our culinary team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible dining experience
* Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our menu, services, and company policies
* Maintaining a positive and professional attitude, even in high-pressure situations
**Responsibilities**
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
* Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
* Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our menu, promotions, and services
* Collaborate with our culinary team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible dining experience
* Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our menu, services, and company policies
* Maintain a positive and professional attitude, even in high-pressure situations
**Requirements**
* 21 years of age or older
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality, culinary arts, or related field preferred
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
* Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
* Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
