**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Data Platform Leader, you'll be responsible for:

**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 3+ years of experience in technical data management and marketing solution experience, with a strong background in Adobe Experience Platform or equivalent.
* Strong technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve technical issues, and excellent analytical skills.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences, and a strong customer-centric approach.
* A high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency, with a strong commitment to safety, security, and data governance.
* The ability to prioritize multiple tasks, manage competing demands, and maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment.
