**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Care Specialist I, you'll be responsible for:
* Assisting rental car customers with payments, tolls, and violations in a timely and efficient manner
* Resolving issues efficiently with a focus on one-call resolutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Maintaining knowledge of products and processes to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers
* Communicating effectively and empathetically with customers, both verbally and in writing
* Meeting performance goals in efficiency, schedule adherence, quality, and customer satisfaction
* Handling customer service mail and secure data with care, adhering to arenaflex's data protection policies
* Performing other duties as assigned by management
**Requirements**
To be successful as a Customer Care Specialist I, you'll need:
* A High School Diploma or GED
* At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
* Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
* The ability to work independently, yet as part of a team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in a fast-paced environment
* Availability to work Monday-Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm
* A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences and meeting performance goals
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 1+ year of experience in a call center environment
* Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
* Bilingual or multilingual skills, with a focus on Spanish language proficiency
