**Core Responsibilities**
As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Resolving customer issues and concerns via phone, web, or e-mail correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
* Processing applications, application audits, and other related work in a timely and accurately manner.
* Providing guidance regarding certification pathways and eligibility requirements, ensuring customers have a clear understanding of our programs.
* Maintaining accurate customer database, ensuring up-to-date information and seamless communication.
* Working with department(s) to develop and facilitate customer communications, promoting a positive and engaging experience.
* Maintaining knowledge on company policies and program updates, staying informed and up-to-date on the latest developments.
* Enhancing and documenting processes and procedures as required, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
* Maintaining high levels of professionalism and phone etiquette at all times, representing arenaflex with pride.
**Required Education/Experience**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A High School Diploma or equivalent, with some college, Associate Degree or equivalent preferred.
* A minimum of one year experience in an office environment or customer services, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
