**Job Summary**
As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients who need software assistance. You'll demonstrate strong technical and troubleshooting skills to assist customers with product and service information, resolve technical issues, and provide exceptional customer service experiences. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service experiences through inbound calls, live remote support chat sessions, and email support
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including product and service problems, in a timely and effective manner
* Maximize phone availability to minimize hold times and ensure clients experience minimal wait times
* Assist customers with empathy, patience, and composure under pressure
* Log all relevant details regarding client interactions and services rendered using our ticketing system
* Work on special projects as assigned by management to drive business growth and success
* Stay up-to-date on all products and services offered to clients to provide accurate and informed support
* Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and resolution of client issues
* Answer queries initiated through the company website and route requests through proper channels to assist in generating sales
* Work a flexible schedule, including occasional overtime, to meet business needs
**Essential Qualifications**
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* 2 years of experience in customer service or technical support
* A+ Certification
* Ability to perform effectively under stress in a high call volume environment
* Strong technical and troubleshooting skills to resolve technical and non-technical issues
* Ability to work in different shifts, including 40 hours per week
* Demonstrate passion and perseverance for excellence in treating and caring for customers
* Strong work ethic and attention to detail
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in retail technology support or a related field
* Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills to promptly resolve client issues
* Ability to learn on the fly and adapt to new technologies and processes
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams
* Ability to type 40 wpm
