We are seeking an experienced Client Relationship Analyst to join our team, playing a vital role in driving the success of our 340B program and providing exceptional customer support.
**Job Synopsis:**
As a Client Relationship Analyst at arenaflex, you will be the single point of contact for our clients, responsible for maintaining and reinforcing client relationships through exceptional service and support. You will work closely with internal teams to identify and resolve issues, provide program surveys, and assist clients with agreement drug store reviews. Your primary goal will be to drive 340B program advancement opportunities, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Maintain and reinforce client relationships by providing required services that address client issues.
* Serve as the informed authority to drive 340B program advancement opportunities.
* Claim the end-to-end responsibility for any inquiries and issues while demonstrating exceptional skill and providing the highest level of service consistently.
* Use cross-functional help groups to request and interpret different data streams, and communicate business results and patterns that relate to the client and their overall 340B program execution.
* Request client input and determine process improvement solutions and suggest system upgrades.
* Educate clients regarding any reporting changes and guide them through the changes. Examine client requirements to foster more successful reporting.
* Provide fundamental support required to the client for 340B reviews by providing a clarification of the data flow through the different systems.
* Participate in the client's review cycle and provide support on-site or remotely.
* Maintain records of client interactions, record details, complaints, remarks, and actions made. Contact clients to answer inquiries or to inform them of investigation results and planned changes.
* Create and cultivate working relationships with different internal partners (IT, Stores, Legal, Sales, etc.) to work with useful exchanges of information.
* Foster an in-depth understanding of the 340B program. Endeavor to improve the overall productivity and attractiveness of the 340B program consistently.
* Maintain knowledge on the healthcare and pharmacy services industry, continually, and utilize that information to recognize ways and make proposals, to improve the 340b program.
**Essential Capabilities:**
* Bachelor's degree OR high school diploma and two (2) years of client or record relationship experience.
* Experience in diagnosing, isolating, and resolving moderate to complex business issues and recommending and implementing solutions to resolve issues.
* Experience developing approaches to achieving objectives and meeting deadlines with minimal supervision, depending on oneself to complete goals and determining when escalating issues.
* Experience communicating both verbally (on telephone, one-on-one and to groups) and in writing (emails, letters, reports, presentations) to different audiences (work group, team, organization management, and external clients).
* Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction.
* Experience developing and delivering presentations to internal and external audiences.
* Fundamental level expertise in Microsoft Excel (for instance: opening a workbook, inserting a row, selecting text style and size, formatting cells as currency, using copy, paste and save capabilities, aligning text, selecting cells, renaming a worksheet, inserting a section, selecting an outline style, inserting a worksheet, setting margins, selecting page orientation, using spell check or potentially printing worksheets).
* Essential level expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint (for instance: inserting, rearranging, hiding and deleting slides, navigating between slides, increasing outline level, adding, centering and editing text, changing views, inserting a table or a note, moving items, printing outline view or potentially running a slide show).
* Fundamental level expertise in Microsoft Word (for instance: opening a document, cutting, pasting and aligning text, selecting text style type and size, changing margins and section width, sorting, inserting images, pictures and dates, using find and replace, fix, spell check, track changes, review sheet or potentially print capabilities).
* Willing to travel up to 20% of the ideal time for business purposes (within state and out of state).
**Preferred Capabilities:**
* Bachelor's Degree and at least 2 years of client/customer service experience OR High School Diploma and 2 years of client or record relationship experience.
* Experience working in a client or record management environment.
* Experience in the healthcare industry, including 340B, pharmacy, hospital, clinic, PBM.
