**Key Responsibilities**
As a Chat Support Associate, you'll be responsible for:
* Responding to user inquiries via our ticketing software, providing timely and effective solutions to complex support issues
* Collaborating with our engineering team to recreate and document software bugs, ensuring that issues are thoroughly investigated and resolved
* Investigating the source of data issues, either resolving the issue or submitting a data engineering ticket for further investigation
* Communicating with clinics to resolve issues, providing clear explanations and scenarios to ensure a seamless experience
* Troubleshooting issues quickly, adapting to changing situations, and managing multiple responsibilities with ease
* Working cross-functionally to provide insights on feature requests and recommendations for enhancements to our tools
* Streamlining communication and alerts between systems with vendor and industry partners
* Continuously developing and expanding processes to optimize support workflows
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 1 year of relevant, technical facing work experience, preferably in a customer support or technical role
* A 4-year college degree in a related field (e.g., computer science, business administration, or a related field)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical issues in a clear and concise manner
* Experience in ticket support, with a proven track record of resolving complex issues
