**Key Responsibilities**
* Moderate chat on our official Discord server, ensuring that all interactions are respectful and adhere to our community guidelines
* Delete messages that violate our rules, including hate speech, harassment, and spam
* Ban users who repeatedly break our rules, ensuring that our community remains a safe space for everyone
* Mute users who have violated our rules, providing them with a second chance to behave
* Investigate reports made by users about potential rule violations, taking swift and fair action when necessary
* Collaborate with our team to develop and implement community guidelines, ensuring that our server remains a positive and inclusive space
* Provide excellent customer service, responding to user inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
**Qualifications**
* Must be 18 years of age or older
* Must have a High School Diploma or GED
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations
* Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a remote team
* Familiarity with Discord and its moderation tools
* Strong attention to detail, with the ability to enforce community guidelines consistently and fairly
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
