**Job Summary:**
As a Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to patients and prescribers, handling high-volume calls, and performing data entry tasks with precision. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide exceptional customer service to patients and prescribers via phone, email, and chat
* Handle high-volume calls, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Perform data entry tasks with accuracy, utilizing arenaflex's remedy information entry methodology and rules processes
* Enter patient and medication data into our system, ensuring HIPAA compliance
* Investigate and resolve missing solution data, decipher clinical truncations (SIG codes), and settle all data entry-related exceptions
* Communicate with patients, prescribers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and provide support
* Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless communication and resolve complex issues
* Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation as required
**Essential Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Essential level computer skills, including:
+ Starting and closing a computer
+ Using a mouse to point and click
+ Starting and closing programs
+ Switching between programs
+ Saving files
+ Printing documents
+ Accessing data online
* Essential web browsing skills, including:
+ Opening a browser
+ Composing URLs in the address bar
+ Using a search engine
+ Bookmarking a webpage
+ Navigating using back/forward/stop buttons
+ Completing online forms
* 18 years old or older
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* At least 1 year of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment
* At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a declaration/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacies or broadly recognized certification agency
* Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessment of customer satisfaction
* Middle to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, organizing documents)
* Familiarity with Spanish and English
