**Key Responsibilities**

**Essential Capabilities**
* 5-7 years of direct selling experience, ideally in a sales support role or earlier CPG experience approaching clients
* 2 years of earlier marketing/project/communications experience
* 2 years of earlier management/leadership experience
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and vendors
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and metrics to identify areas for improvement
* Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth
* Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire sales teams to achieve business objectives
* Strong technical skills, with the ability to use sales software and tools to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
