At arenaflex, the sky is the limit!** **Work from Home Requirements** As a remote employee, you will need to meet the following requirements: * Internet Connection Requirements: * Minimum subscribed download rate equal or exceeds 50.0 Mbps * Minimum subscribed upload rate equal or exceeds 10.0 Mbps * ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms * Proof of internet speed required * Clean and quiet workspace **Responsibilities** As a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include: * Fielding customer inquiries by finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns * Connecting with customers via phone/email/chat/social media to resolve their questions or concerns * Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues * Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate * Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments * Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes * Providing feedback on call issues * Meeting sales objectives as defined **Qualifications** We are looking for fearless people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do.
