Our team is passionate about delivering innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers and the communities we serve. **Job Summary** As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in responding to incoming contacts from consumers who have been victims of identity theft and consumer fraud. You'll provide top-notch customer service, document consumer complaints into a secure database, and offer educational materials and referrals to help them resolve their issues. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a real difference in people's lives. **Responsibilities** * Respond to inbound calls and provide exceptional customer service to consumers affected by identity theft and consumer fraud * Document consumer data into our secure web application, ensuring accurate and timely entry * Provide education and resources related to identity theft resolution, fraud prevention, and applicable federal laws * Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues and provide support to consumers * Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards * Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge **Requirements** * High School Diploma or GED Equivalent * Excellent computer and typing skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance, which may take 7-60 days to process * Bilingual (Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken) * Additional compensation may be considered for those who pass the bilingual assessment **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior call center experience * Customer service experience * General knowledge of federal law * Professional resume with contact information and previous employer details **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly rate of $16.20 * Opportunity to work remotely and enjoy a flexible schedule * Comprehensive training and ongoing professional development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Chance to make a real difference in people's lives and contribute to arenaflex's mission * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **Work Environment and Culture** At arenaflex, we value diversity, equity, and inclusion.
