**About the Role**
As an Experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative working from home, you will be an integral part of our global team, providing exceptional customer experiences to clients via phone, email, and chat. You will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, providing product and service information, and escalating complex issues to our team of experts. **Key Responsibilities**

**Qualifications**

* A quiet and distraction-free workspace at home
