No time can be missed during our training period if given a position. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal * Ability to type 25 WPM * Keyboarding and software proficiency * Great problem-solving skills * Ability to effectively multi-task * High school diploma, GED, or college degree * Ability to successfully complete a mandatory paid training program * Successful completion of a background check is required for this position **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting * Bilingual skills in English and Spanish (or other languages as required) * Experience with healthcare-related software and systems * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities **Equipment and Workspace Requirements** We will provide you with a computer and equipment to perform your job duties.
