**Key Responsibilities**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer support through phone, email, or chat, using a guided call flow in the customer's preferred language
* Assisting customers with basic technical issues and resolving their queries related to products and services
* Maintaining a thorough knowledge of customer products and services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and portable devices
* Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOs, or comparable technology is preferred
* Offering additional products and services to customers
* Delivering expert customer experiences with a smile
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Fluency in both French and English
* 1+ year of experience in customer service
* High school diploma or equivalent
* A quiet and distraction-free home workspace
* Strong computer navigation skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
