About This Role
The Language of Destination (LOD) Customer Service Agent position is a vital role within the arenaflex family. In this position, you'll be the friendly face that greets our customers when they arrive at the airport, setting the tone for their entire travel experience. Your bilingual skills in Spanish and English will allow you to connect with a diverse range of passengers, ensuring that language is never a barrier to exceptional service.

What You'll Do
As a Ticket/Gate Agent LOD Spanish at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:

- Baggage Check-In Services: Manage the complete check-in process, including tagging checked baggage, weighing luggage, and ensuring proper handling of items. This role requires physical activity, including lifting baggage weighing up to 50 pounds and transferring bags from scales to conveyor belt systems.
- Travel Documentation Verification: Carefully review and verify all required travel documentation, including passports, visas, and boarding passes, to ensure compliance with international and domestic travel regulations.
- Customer Assistance and Routing: Provide expert guidance on flight connections, routing options, and trip planning. Help customers navigate complex travel itineraries and find solutions to unexpected challenges.
- Gate Boarding Procedures: Manage the boarding process at the gate, including making announcements, verifying boarding passes, assisting with seat assignments, and ensuring a smooth and orderly boarding experience.
- Seat Availability Management: Use computer systems to check and manage seat availability, assist customers with seat selection requests, and handle upgrade opportunities when available.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate jet ways and aircraft doors in accordance with safety protocols and procedures.

Essential Qualifications
