**Job Summary**
As a B2B Customer Service Support Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for our business customers, providing exceptional support and guidance to help them get the most out of our wireless products and services. You'll work closely with our internal teams to resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and billing concerns, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Confer with business customers via phone and email to provide information about products and services, address concerns, and resolve issues
* Maintain accurate records of business interactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken
* Process service requests through appropriate arenaflex channels to facilitate timely reconciliation and ensure correct authorization is received, recorded, and saved on all requests
* Conduct account analysis and reviews, and provide proposals to customers as needed
* Follow up with businesses to document their experience with service and identify areas for improvement
* Collaborate with arenaflex B2B representatives to ensure seamless customer care and alignment
* Utilize a range of tools, including Word, Excel, Salesforce, and spreadsheets, to manage customer interactions and data
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, including typing extensive and accurate documentation
**Essential Qualifications**
* High School diploma or equivalent experience required
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
* Experience with face-to-face or telephone sales preferred
* Experience with customer service over the phone preferred
* Adaptability: ability to maintain effectiveness in reaching set goals by adapting to changed circumstances, tasks, responsibilities, and people
* Attention to detail: taking responsibility for a thorough and detailed method of working
* Customer Focus: knowing the (internal and external) customer business needs and acting accordingly, anticipating customer needs, and giving high priority to customer satisfaction and customer service

**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a B2B environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
* Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve customer issues

**Schedule**
This is a full-time position, with a schedule of 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Days and hours of work are dependent on schedule availability and business needs.
